Ferguson in Wisconsin is seeking Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings with a focus on quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of installation experience in construction, kitchen, plumbing or appliances.

• Ability to lift 90+ pounds with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Train associates on proper installation procedures.
• Consult with associates and customers at job sites.
• Order parts to maintain inventory.
• Perform quality checks on installation work to ensure proper installation practices.
• Record and report faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, time and materials on work orders.
• Manage installation-related issues and provide solutions.
• Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications or locate malfunctions.
• Install or replace machinery, equipment, appliances and replacement parts.
• Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.

Schedule

Monday – Friday 6:30 am to 4:30 pm or until route completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations is required.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in a lead role is highly preferred.
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements
• Must have great mechanical skills and willingness to learn new things.
• With the assistance of lifting equipment such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled, the ability to lift 90+ pound objects constantly.
• Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers. Excellent customer service skills are a must!
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.

Pay Range

$24.78 - $39.66

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
