Job summary

Ferguson is hiring an Installation Associate to deliver, install, and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings. The role offers a family friendly environment with great benefits, full training, and multiple career paths.

The position requires 5+ years in related installations, a valid license, and a DOT medical card, with the ability to lift heavy objects and provide white-glove service to customers on job sites. Route-based hours apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in a lead role is highly preferred.
• Must maintain a DOT Medical card for driver requirements.
• Ability to lift 90+ pounds with assistive equipment.
• Deliver 'white glove service' with excellent customer service.
• Strong time management, organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Train associates on proper installation procedures.
• Consult with associates and customers at job sites.
• Order parts to maintain inventory.
• Perform quality checks on installation work for proper practices.
• Record faults and time/materials on work orders.
• Manage installation related issues and provide solutions.
• Inspect and test systems to verify plans and detect malfunctions.

• Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 4:30 pm or until route completion.

• Install or replace machinery, equipment,appliancesand new or replacement parts.
• Be responsible forproviding driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations is required.
• Validstate issuedlicense isrequired.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in a lead roleis highly preferred.
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements
• Must have great mechanical skills and willingness to learn new things.
• With the assistance of lifting equipment such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled, the ability to lift90+ pound objects constantly.
• Ability to deliver "white glove service" to customers. Excellent customer service skills are a must!
• Excellent time management, organizational skills,leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.

Pay Range:

$24.78 - $39.66

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
