Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring Installation Associates to deliver, install and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. We offer a family-friendly culture with great benefits, full training, and clear career paths to grow within the company.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 6:30 am to 4:30 pm (or route completion). Pay ranges from $24.78 to $39.66 per hour with comprehensive benefits and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations.
• Valid state-issued license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card for driver requirements.
• Ability to lift 90+ pounds continuously with lifting equipment.
• Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Train associates on proper installation procedures.
• Consult with associates and customers at job sites.
• Order parts to maintain inventory.
• Perform quality checks on the installation work to ensure proper installation practices.
• Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other occurrences with time and materials.
• Manage installation related issues and provide solutions.
• Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications or locate malfunctions.
• Install or replace machinery, equipment, appliances and parts.
• Be responsible for driver duties and responsibilities.

• Be responsible forproviding driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with construction, kitchen, plumbing or home appliance products or installations is required.
• Validstate issuedlicense isrequired.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in a lead roleis highly preferred.
• Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements
• Must have great mechanical skills and willingness to learn new things.
• With the assistance of lifting equipment such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled, the ability to lift90+ pound objects constantly.
• Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers. Excellent customer service skills are a must!
• Excellent time management, organizational skills,leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.

Pay Range:

$24.78 - $39.66

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
