Job summary

Deloitte's GPS Engineering as a Service team is seeking a Software Engineer III to deliver Appian-based business process solutions that support mission objectives. You will lead design and development for an Appian replatforming effort and ensure quality across components.

You will collaborate with architects, analysts, testers, and stakeholders, participate in Agile ceremonies, and apply standards to maintainability and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development or software delivery experience
• 3+ years of experience integrating Appian applications with enterprise data sources, API interfaces, and third-party services
• 3+ years of experience documenting technical solutions, processes, and configurations for sustainment and audit readiness
• 1+ years of experience with Agile/scrum delivery
• Ability to travel 0-25% on average
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation and benefits

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
