Lead App Sales Executive III Firstnet (Government)

Job Description:

This is a Sales and Customer Facing position with no office requirement.

AT&T Global Public Sector provides secure, IP-enabled, cloud-based network solutions and professional services to the Federal Government. We focus on recruiting, developing, and empowering a diverse, high-performing workforce dedicated to our shared values and customer missions.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth and support sales teams as a product specialist, aiding in the sale of complex products, services, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Identify and sell Mission Critical Applications and Solutions from the FirstNet portfolio, supporting customers with additional FirstNet approved solutions.
  • Generate sales of FirstNet solutions, manage lifecycle activities to ensure compliance, and maintain the current FirstNet base in partner segments.
  • Submit eligibility use cases for new customers, clear audits for current customers, and uncover new use cases to drive revenue.
  • Serve as liaison to the FirstNet Response Operations team during emergencies.
  • Collaborate with customers’ Emergency Management/Business continuity teams and coordinate Emergency Operations Plans for planned and unplanned events.

This role is an overlay seller responsible for growing the FirstNet subscriber base within partner segments. Must have broad knowledge of diverse sales industries suitable for FirstNet implementation and effectively communicate offers and promotions to internal partners.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven success in selling Mobility solutions to Public/Private Sector Customers.
  • 3 Years of FirstNet Product Sales Experience.
  • End-to-End Solution Sales Experience.
  • Mobility Solutions Sales Experience (Devices, Rate Plans, Software, Mission Critical Features).
  • Excellent customer interface skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary ranges from $89,600 to $150,500 + commission, with total target compensation of $159,600 to $220,500. Additional perks include medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, adoption reimbursement, disability benefits, life insurance, employee assistance programs, wellness programs, and employee discounts.
