Job Description

Now hiring an experienced HVAC Certified Lead Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations for our residential community. This role involves managing work orders, preventative maintenance, and daily workload of the onsite team under the direction of our Community Manager.

Salary: $30.90/hr

Hours: Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an hour off for lunch. Participation in the On-Call Rotation is required, with one-week rotations earning an additional stipend, paid even if not called to the property.

Responsibilities

• Assess work orders accurately, close them out, and improve residents' homes.
• Walk the property daily, maintain grounds, and clear debris.
• Manage inventory of vacant apartments, assist with turn-around processes, and inspect units before move-in.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and communicate progress to supervisors.
• Support special projects and routine maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to company, community, and legal safety and operating policies, including Fair Housing laws.
