Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Parkside Place. The role supports maintenance operations, including supervising staff, completing service requests, coordinating make-readies, and improving unit turnover efficiency on a 384-unit property.

Requirements include 2+ years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC certification, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates must live within 20 miles or be willing to relocate; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Personal set of basic hand tools.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Candidates must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and guide maintenance staff throughout daily operations.
• Complete and oversee service requests to ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Coordinate and assist with make-readies, upgrades, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure proper use of tools/equipment.
• Support the Property Manager with maintenance projects.
• Uphold community standards for safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.
