Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Capital Crossing, a 240-unit apartment community in Austin, TX. You will oversee the general appearance and maintenance to create a great living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring repairs, completing work requests, performing preventive maintenance, and supervising on-site maintenance staff. On-call duties may be required with a trip stipend provided after hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems and general repair.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Supervise site maintenance staff and other personnel.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
