Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for The Creek Apartments in Wilmington, NC. The role requires leading a maintenance team, overseeing make-ready processes, and coordinating with the Property Manager on budgets and planning.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of multi-family maintenance experience, HVAC expertise, and a track record of supervising teams across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
• Experience managing maintenance up to 300 units.
• HVAC certification required.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders efficiently.
• Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on budget and planning.
• Lead and implement a preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 5 weeks).
• Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed.
