Roguebeam is seeking an antenna engineer to lead the design and test of antennas for advanced phased array systems. You will own the design, test, and integration of antenna and microwave components, co-design with front-end modules, and ensure verification before deployment in the field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • 2+ years of RF/antenna research or development experience (internship/thesis acceptable).
  • 1+ years of experience with 3D EM tools CST/HFSS/FEKO or equivalents.

Responsibilities

  • Design phased array antennas including elements, feeds, and integration with front-end modules.
  • Own simulation, fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting of antenna/array prototypes.
  • Contribute to software development and testing of functional phased arrays.
  • Assist product integration into platforms (ground, drone, satellite) for customers.
  • Collaborate with RF/digital/software engineers on system-level design.
  • Provide hands-on support through the product life cycle.
