Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in anatomy, biology, or related field and at least 2 years of anatomical education experience.
• Expertise in cadaveric dissection and anatomy laboratory instruction.
• Commitment to BYU mission and high professional/ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dissection, teaching, and lab-based assessments aligned with learning objectives.
• Lead teaching activities: dissection, prosections, small groups, simulations, office hours.
• Oversee development of prosections and instructional materials with faculty.
• Collaborate on creating and implementing laboratory assessments and exams.
• Supervise anatomy lab staff and enter student scores into the LMS.
• Manage day-to-day lab operations, space scheduling, and facilities upkeep.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and proper handling of cadaver-donor materials.
