Qualifications

• 5+ years' previous experience in program management, project management, administration, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project).
• Knowledgeable in program management methodology; performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of project management.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport for travel.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Produce timely and accurate reporting of program status throughout the life cycle.
• Prepare contract deliverables and modifications while tracking contractual terms.
• Minimize inconsistencies and ensure standardized products.
• Organize programs and activities aligned with the organization's mission.
• Develop new programs to support strategic direction.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the program lifecycle.
