Job summary

Bodwé, the Professional Services Group of Mno-Bmadsen, seeks a Lead Analytics Team Manager to oversee contracted analysts, guide projects, and report to the Program Manager. The ideal candidate will lead diverse teams, develop efficient strategies, and ensure programs deliver outcomes for our clients.

This role operates in a professional office setting with periodic travel to project sites, including renovation or active construction.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ previous experience in program management, project management, administration, or related field.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project)
  • Knowledgeable in program management methodology and techniques; performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Understanding of project management
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license

  • Prepare contract deliverables keeping abreast of contractual terms and conditions while assisting in preparation of modifications or replacements.

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entirety of the program from start to finish.

Position Summary

The Lead Analytics individual is the Team Manager over contracted Analysts. Their primary role is to organize and coordinate projects within programs assigned. The Team Manager will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture. The Team Manager’s role will also be to oversee the progress within the project and overall program. The Team Manager’s role will directly report to the Program Manager. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics within the organization. The goal of this role is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization and to our clients that we support.

This position operates in a professional office setting. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and photocopiers. The work environment is generally quiet and free from exposure to loud noise, hazardous materials, or heavy machinery. Employees are typically seated for extended periods and may occasionally move about the office to attend meetings or access equipment and supplies.

This role also requires periodic travel to project sites, including locations undergoing renovation or active construction. During site visits, the employee may be exposed to non‑temperature‑controlled environments, construction noise, dust, and other typical conditions found on job sites. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required during these visits, depending on site conditions. While on site visits, an individual in this role will be required to work atypical hours at the request of the client or role demands.

Physical Demands

Sitting/Standing: This role is generally sedentary, performing sitting work utilizing technological office equipment, including a laptop, mouse, keyboard, computer monitors, telephones, scanners, and copiers.

Walking: This role requires the ability to move about inside the office to access the required technological equipment.

Stooping/Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling: This role may require stooping to reload printer trays with print paper, moving equipment, and managing cords.

Using Hands/Fingers: This role constantly operates technological office equipment such as laptops, mice, keyboards, computer monitors, telephones, scanners, and copiers.

Talking/Hearing: This role requires constant communication with others in the organization to exchange information, review information, and make decisions about information.

Seeing: T his role requires seeing, viewing, and distinguishing all aspects of internal and external communications.

Carrying/Lifting: This role requires lifting up to 20lbs to transport technological office equipment to and from various workspaces.

Home Office Connectivity Requirements for Hybrid & Remote Positions

To ensure reliable collaboration, client service, and secure access to company systems, the Company requires minimum connectivity standards to be eligible or remain eligible to work in a hybrid or remote capacity. Employees working remotely must maintain broadband internet service capable of consistently supporting video conferencing, VPN connectivity, and cloud‑based applications. Hybrid or remote work eligibility may be reassessed if connectivity standards are not met. This includes:

  • Wired broadband service (cable, fiber, or DSL) with at least minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload

Cellular hotspot or fixed wireless cellular services (e.g., T-Mobile Home Internet) may not be used as a primary connection. The Company will comply with all local, state, and federal requirements as it relates to the reimbursement of home internet expenses. Eligibility for reimbursement of home internet expenses is defined in a separate policy.
