Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 10 years experience required.
• Experience leading a development team.
• Hands-on experience with at least 3 languages: Python, R, ColdFusion, C#, .NET, Java.
• Experience with Advana Platform and enterprise data analytics.
• Proficiency with UI standards: CSS, HTML, Angular, REACT.
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure AI/Analytics tools.
• Experience with data tools: Palantir, Qlik, Tableau, Databricks, Oracle products, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong SQL and data querying skills (DDL/DML/DCL/TCL/SQL/PL/SQL/T-SQL).
• REST, Graph, SPARQL, and SOAP APIs integration experience.
• DEVSECOPS CI/CD (Gitlab, Github, Atlassian, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at Washington Navy Yard with core hours 9AM-2PM.
• Ability to obtain SECRET or higher clearance; Security+ or higher certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with government personnel to develop requirements and create an agile backlog.
• Lead application development including database, hosting, and data pipeline solutions.
• Maintain databases, hosting resources and data pipelines.
• Assess proposed analytic solutions and their design and technology choices.
• Guide the development team to meet benchmarks and deliverables.
• Ensure work complies with security clearance requirements.
