Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytical chemistry with 3+ years in industrial R&D or process environments.
• Strong instrumental method experience FTIR, NMR, UV-Vis, Titration, GC, HPLC, and Viscometry.
• Experience analyzing amine-containing and CO2-containing materials and degradation pathways.
• Ability to manage multiple samples and provide rapid turnaround.
• Excellent data interpretation and documentation, cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leading analytical labs supporting QA/QC and R&D projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical chemists and coordinate lab activities.
• Conduct testing of formulations and process liquids to quantify CO2 capture and impurities.
• Develop, validate, and implement fast analytical methods for process info.
• Maintain instrumentation and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Prepare technical reports and SOPs; support cross-functional reviews.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to store results and build predictive tools.
• Support R&D studies by monitoring kinetics and mass balance.
