Qualifications

• Advanced degree in economics, statistics, applied mathematics, financial engineering, or related quantitative field with relevant work experience, or a bachelor’s degree with seven+ years as a credit analyst.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of new U.S. Consumer ABS transactions and publishable research.
• Act as lead analyst for new U.S. consumer ABS transactions, analyze credit and legal risks, model cash flows, review documents, and form rating recommendations.
• Lead rating committees and present analyses of legal and credit risks and transaction structures.
• Conduct market dialogue with arrangers, issuers, investors, and external legal experts.
• Represent the team in reviews, meetings, and industry conferences.
• Write clear, insightful research including transaction reports and in-depth credit issue analyses.
• Undertake special projects to enhance thought leadership and digital enablement using data analytics and Generative AI.
