What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Review business requirements for new clients and define system scope to align with implementation goals
• Participate in customer meetings to present IT solutions and clarify project objectives

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work or military experience
• 4 years of experience implementing and supporting Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Implementation and support experience with web‑based applications, WMS, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and small parcel shipment systems
• Expertise in at least one business discipline: supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, or distribution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical concepts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master’s degree
• Experience using SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting, and reporting
