Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned Data Security and Reporting Analyst to manage Workday security, develop real-time dashboards, and partner with HR and IT teams to ensure compliant access controls. The role emphasizes collaboration across HR, Payroll, and Compliance to deliver accurate reporting and secure data handling.

The candidate will oversee security policies, support audits, and train end-users on Workday reporting tools, with up to 10% travel and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years of additional professional experience may substitute.
• Six+ years of prior relevant experience
• 5+ years of related experience in project implementations, business analysis, process design and managing customers
• 5+ years of experience managing Workday security
• 3+ years of experience using Workday reporting
• Experience with large-scale data management, data structures, and data schemas
• Knowledge of data visualization principles and experience conveying data
• Knowledge of HR business process fundamentals
• Broad knowledge of predictive analytic techniques and statistical diagnostics of models
• Communication, team building and client service experience

Responsibilities

• Train and support end-users on Workday reporting tools and security protocols.

What You Will Do:

Security Administration

What You Will Need:

• Knowledge of HR business process fundamentals

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating dynamic and interactive reports in Power BI
• Experience in SQL and HRIS systems
• Proven proficiency in statistical software and coding languages and experience with graph databases and analytics (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS, Python, Cypher)
• Candidates in the Tysons Corner, VA area will be given preference

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
