CENTRAL MAINE POWER CO is seeking a Lead Analyst to support Non-Wires Alternatives (NWA) and Non-Transmission Alternatives (NTA) programs. The role requires coordinating resources, analyzing DER projects, and producing regulatory briefs for New York and Maine initiatives.

Based in Portland, ME, the position is in-office with opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, DER/ISP familiarity, and experience with benefit-cost modeling and regulatory interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferred.
  • Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required.
  • Experience supporting the implementation of complex initiatives.
  • Strong analytical focus with experience in benefit-cost modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate NTA resources and payments; lead quarterly performance reviews and regulator communications.
  • Perform Benefit Cost Analysis (BCA) for NWA/NTA projects in NY and ME as needed.
  • Support development of ISP and DER project screening methodologies and integration into planning analyses.
  • Provide analytical and business case support to NWA and Distribution Planning groups.
