Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Lead Analyst, Financial Systems to drive planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting initiatives. You will lead automation efforts and partner with Finance and IT to deliver scalable, reliable system solutions that support business performance.

The role is hybrid/onsite with on-site Wednesdays, collaborating with finance and IT to implement governance-driven improvements and strong controls across finance systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, or related discipline.
  • Experience supporting financial planning, consolidation, or reporting platforms such as SAP BPC, HFM, Anaplan, or similar systems.
  • Experience managing financial data loads, reconciliations, and system administration activities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead system readiness activities for month-end close, forecasting, and planning cycles.
  • Manage financial data integrations, data loads, reconciliations, and validation activities across planning and reporting systems.
  • Administer financial systems, including user access, security roles, hierarchies, metadata, and governance controls.
  • Support planning applications through requirements gathering, testing, deployment validation, maintenance, and production support.
  • Partner with Finance and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, operating procedures, governance standards, and finance master data controls.
  • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, automation initiatives, and process improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve the user experience.
  • Provide reporting support, end‑user training, and subject matter expertise for financial planning and reporting systems.

As a Lead Analyst, Financial Systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring our planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting platforms operate reliably and efficiently. This is an opportunity to lead key financial system initiatives, drive automation and continuous improvement, and partner with Finance and IT teams to deliver solutions that support business performance. This role is hybrid, with team members expected to work on‑site each Wednesday at their designated Stryker office location.


What You Will Do


  • Lead system readiness activities for month‑end close, forecasting, and planning cycles, including scenario setup, exchange rates, calendars, and process validation.

  • Manage financial data integrations, data loads, reconciliations, and validation activities across planning and reporting systems.

  • Administer financial systems, including user access, security roles, hierarchies, metadata, and governance controls.

  • Support planning applications through requirements gathering, testing, deployment validation, maintenance, and production support.

  • Partner with Finance and Information Technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

  • Develop and maintain system documentation, operating procedures, governance standards, and finance master data controls.

  • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, automation initiatives, and process improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve the user experience.

  • Provide reporting support, end‑user training, and subject matter expertise for financial planning and reporting systems.


What You Will Need

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with Power BI or other dashboard and reporting tools.

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting enterprise financial planning, forecasting, or consolidation processes.

  • Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.

  • USN: $77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual

  • US5: $81,600 - $136,000 USD Annual

  • US10: $85,500 - $142,500 USD Annual

  • US15: $89,400 - $148,900 USD Annual

  • US20: $93,200 - $155,400 USD Annual

  • US30: $101,000 - $168,400 USD Annual

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field‑based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co‑located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
