About This Role:

This individual will serve as the primary financial support and lead FP&A business partner for our Clinical Operations team. In partnership with the broader Operations FP&A team, they will support global operations to achieve gross margin expansion, develop reporting and analytics to enhance visibility to key drivers, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail, a drive for process improvement, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting for Clinical Operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Manage trade-offs related to costs and expenses.
  • Collaborate on headcount planning, including capacity modeling based on volume forecasts. Support trade-off decisions involving FTEs, overtime, and productivity bonuses.
  • Work with HR to ensure decisions align with financial and organizational objectives.
  • Calculate and coordinate timely payment of productivity bonuses.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) agreed upon with business partners.
  • Partner with S&OP to ensure capacity planning supports business volumes while maintaining margin targets.
  • Coordinate with Commercial and Operations FP&A to analyze gross margin impacts related to pricing and costs.
  • Support ROI models for technology investments and efficiency initiatives, tracking progress toward goals.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure visibility and alignment across support functions impacting gross margin.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in creating models and analytics for decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with financial planning tools (Adaptive is a plus).
  • Ability to learn and improve processes for greater efficiency and visibility.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Confident in expressing opinions, raising concerns, and sharing ideas.

Work Environment / Other Requirements:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote setting.
  • Some travel required (less than 15%).
  • Additional hours may be necessary (exempt position).

Location: Remote - US

Actual compensation varies based on experience, skills, and location.

Estimated Pay Range: $112,000 - $145,000
