The Opportunity

Lead exploratory research to identify opportunities to improve business outcomes. Design and conduct experiments (including AB tests) that maximize learnings for new product feature launches. Manage and enhance a suite of business intelligence frameworks and dashboards to unlock self-service capabilities among non-technical partners. Proactively and consistently analyze the overall performance of our telematics program to identify trends, anomalies, or other potentially actionable insights. Identify opportunities to improve analytical methodologies or introduce new techniques to improve analytical deliverables. Build strong relationships with cross functional partners to influence strategy and to ensure consistent alignment and awareness.

Telecommuting is permitted anywhere in the U.S.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

Salary Range: $123,320.40 - $176,172.00 per year

What You Will Need to Succeed
  • 2 years’ experience in analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or closely related quantitative field.
  • Must have experience with each of the following (Employer will accept skills gained through academic coursework/experience):
  • Experience with SQL and BI software (Tableau, Mode, and Power BI).
  • Experience with AB testing and experimental design.
