Job summary

Gulfstream in St. Louis seeks a skilled AMT Team Lead A&P for second shift to plan, coordinate, and supervise aircraft maintenance, repair, and modifications. You will guide technicians to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations on Gulfstream aircraft.

Required are an A&P license, 8 years in aviation maintenance including 2 years in Gulfstream, and a valid driver's license. The role emphasizes leadership, FAA compliance, and hands-on technical oversight.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
A&P license (FAA) required.
8 years aviation maintenance experience including 2 years Gulfstream experience.
Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance planning, repair, and modification of aircraft components.
Direct technicians and supervise maintenance activities to meet FAA and company standards.
Coordinate with inspections to ensure compliance with FAA requirements and documentation.
Ensure timely completion of work orders, sign-offs, and shift turnovers.
Maintain quality standards and proper handling of customer property and equipment.
Oversee use of ground support equipment and coordination with other departments.
