Job summary

Trinity Health MI in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a Team Lead Clinic RN to assist the Practice Leader with day-to-day clinic operations. The role directs activities, assigns and monitors staff duties, and ensures compliance with procedures while delivering high quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, have at least 1 year of RN experience, and hold an RN license in Michigan. ADN required; BSN preferred; new grads may apply to RN Residency.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• In Grand Rapids: ADN must enroll in BSN within 6 months of hire and complete within 4 years.
• Licensed as an RN in Michigan.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
• New grads should apply to RN Residency.
• Specialty credentialing preferred according to clinical nursing practice area.

• Routinely perform day-to-day staff-level duties as needed.

• Monitor supplies, document charges/services, and oversee scheduling.
• Assist in developing education programs and opportunities for staff growth.
• Oversee acquisition and maintenance of office equipment.
• Assist with payroll input and corrections.
• Commit to continual learning and professional development.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
