The ideal candidate will have at least five years of welding experience, be able to read blueprints, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications

• Five years of experience with MIG and TIG aluminum welding required.
• Formal craft training including the ability to read blueprints and perform shop math.
• Must be able to certify at the MLS training center with proven skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for new hires in aluminum welding.
• Maintain and improve the training curriculum.
• Provide timely feedback to training participants.
