Qualifications

• Vocational/technical training in welding or related field.
• 7-8 years' welding experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Join, fabricate, and repair metal parts to form permanent bonds by welding.
• Set up welding devices or robots and operate them.
• Weld using gas welders and torches with proper safety.
• Interpret blueprints/diagrams and verify against specs.
• Observe weld tests and ensure quality conformance.
• Lead daily work activities and train team members.
