Qualifications

• Experienced in Alpine Racing Club and High School ski coach preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Assistant Coach in the overall planning and logistics of the Alpine Ski program.
• Monitor and maintain the discipline and conduct of student athletes.
• Coordinate with Gunstock Coaches in training sessions.
• Supervise team members individually and in groups.
• Develop and implement game strategy and position assignments.
• Coordinate the strength and conditioning programs for student athletes.
• Ensure adherence to all NEPSAC & CMSL rules and regulations.
• Be a mentor, both in skiing and life.
• Build positive relationships with the community.
• Build a program that gives students a lifelong experience.
