Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in foreign air and missile defense systems.
• 5+ years in organizations like wartime intelligence centers or national labs.
• Experience applying radar system fundamentals: modes, waveforms, tracking, fire-control.
• Experience interpreting Technical SIGINT, FME-derived data for threat-system performance.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical direction and SME guidance for intelligence analysis on foreign missile defense and IADS.
• Lead analysis of threat systems and architecture interdependencies; translate findings into actionable insights for missile defense design, testing, and operations.
• Guide data fusion, modeling & simulation, system engineering, and threat representation across programs.
• Advise on space-related initiatives and threat-system performance characterization.
