Job summary

Ceragon is seeking an Algorithm Engineer Team Lead to helm the algorithm group for next-generation wireless solutions. You will drive development of radio core technologies, create architectures for high-spectral-efficiency modems, and guide simulations from concept to real-time verification.

The role requires a strong background in DSP, MATLAB/Python, and teamwork across VLSI, RF, SW, and System domains, with ownership of end-to-end system delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in EE/Math/Physics with strong math background.
  • Master’s degree in EE focused on communications is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB and Python; C/C++ is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our Algorithm team responsible for developing Radio core technologies for innovative wireless communication products.
  • Staying HO and develop algorithms and architectures for a high spectral efficiency modem in a challenging environment.
  • Simulate and test new HW & SW designs in Matlab and real-time, in a full modem and channel environment.
  • Collaborate with the VLSI, RF, SW and System groups.
  • Take end-to-end ownership, from the concept stages to the fully operational system.
