flyExclusive is seeking a Lead Paint Technician to join our aviation maintenance team in the hangar. You will oversee prep, prime and base coat processes, ensuring quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 10+ years corporate jet experience, strong knowledge of painting processes, and the ability to work variable shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Uniform provided. FAA-regulated role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 10+ years of current corporate jet experience in stripping, sanding, priming and painting.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Attend work every day as scheduled, including overtime and weekends.
• Oversee prepping for strip, prime, and base coat application.
• Follow all company and safety rules during duties.
• Sanding, priming, painting and detailing of aircraft.
• Train teammates to ensure quality and safety standards.
