Yingling Aviation, Inc. in Wichita, KS is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to direct and assist a team of mechanics.

You will ensure work meets FAA and manufacturer specifications, prepare aircraft for inspections, and maintain safety and professionalism in all customer interactions. Ideal candidates have 10 years of maintenance experience, familiarity with Cessna 152–400 series, and A&P and/or IA licenses preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Bachelor's degree not required.

Responsabilités

• Direct and plan the work of mechanics with Maintenance Manager/Director.
• Ensure repairs comply with FAA and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with customers and team.
• Prepare aircraft and paperwork for final inspection and close work orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; safeguard interiors during servicing.
