Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience on Citation and Beech aircraft.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain a current and valid license.
• Must meet Airport Authority badge requirements with no ramp restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and overhaul aircraft to ensure safe condition.
• Perform repairs and replacements on all aircraft systems per FAA/manufacturer specs.
• Assist team leaders and shop supervisor in identifying unsafe conditions.
• Report errors and perform repairs as needed.
• Become familiar with shop test and maintenance gear.
• Work closely with shop and office personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and provide backup to line personnel.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
