Job summary

Resicum International, LLC is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic III - Site Supervisor / Lead Mechanic to support F-15E maintenance at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. You will lead and coordinate a team of mechanics, provide technical guidance, and ensure safe, compliant execution of modifications and inspections.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
• Experience leading or supervising aircraft maintenance personnel.
• Capable of performing, supervising, and inspecting complex maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of mechanical component troubleshooting and repair procedures.
• Experience interpreting technical data, blueprints, and manuals.
• Working knowledge of aircraft electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of aircraft maintenance personnel performing F-15E maintenance and modification activities.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to Aircraft Mechanic II personnel.
• Perform and supervise aircraft maintenance, inspections, modifications, and repairs.
• Coordinate daily maintenance workload and priorities.
• Monitor aircraft modification progress and production schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Government and contractor personnel.
• Interpret technical orders, engineering drawings, blueprints, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex aircraft maintenance discrepancies.
• Maintain strict Tool Control and FOD prevention procedures.
• Ensure required qualifications and training for personnel.
