Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and Airframe and Powerplant License required.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred; 4+ years in program specific airframes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to complete jobs with high quality and accuracy.
• Mentor and train technicians assigned to projects; supervise daily workload.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects; ensure schedule and work quality.
• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems; inspect and evaluate components.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams in English; contribute to project management and pricing.
