Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure airworthiness and on-time departures.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control and Operations for status updates.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and Southwest policies.
• Review maintenance work packages and finalize documentation for departure.
• Communicate changes and ensure a safe, efficient hangar operation.
