Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Aircraft Maintenance – Sr. Lead in Oklahoma City. The role oversees onsite aircraft and equipment maintenance, ensuring airworthiness and compliance with FAA standards.

You will supervise, train, and coordinate maintenance actions, inspections, and documentation to support mission needs. The position requires a bachelor’s (or graduate degree with experience) and an FAA A&P certificate, plus supervisory experience and security clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 6+ years relevant experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years if no degree.
• FAA A&P Certificate required.
• Minimum 6 months of documented management/supervision experience.
• Ability to complete/pass DCMA physical exam and CRC course prior to deployment.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.
• Valid US Passport required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance and inspections per OEM data to maintain airworthiness.
• Oversee maintenance records and tool accountability according to procedures.
• Ensure safety, security, and environmental requirements are met on site.
• Coordinate with crew for troubleshooting and parts requisition as needed.
• Support CONUS/OCONUS deployment and training requirements.
