Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Tucson, AZ seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead onsite upkeep of the AT-802U aircraft/OA-1K Sky Raider II. You will ensure airworthiness, oversee maintenance schedules, and manage certified personnel while complying with FAA and OEM standards.

The role requires a Secret-level or higher clearance, strong leadership, and deep maintenance experience on military/defense platforms. Onsite work at Davis-Monthan AFB with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 9+ years of related experience, or graduate degree with 7+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience acceptable.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and servicing.
• Supervise personnel to ensure airworthiness and safety.
• Schedule inspections to maximize aircraft availability.
• Ensure compliance with OEM and Airworthiness requirements.
• Review maintenance records and defect trends.
