The Inland Group of Companies is hiring a Lead Aircraft Deicer at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, primarily based at 1670 Dolwick Dr Suite 1 Erlanger KY, 41018, with support across multiple stations in the Northeast US.
The role is a part-time seasonal position on 1st & 2nd shifts, offering $23/hour. You will supervise deicing operations, ensure safety and policy compliance, and coordinate pre-planning and shutdown procedures while supporting team performance.

A Lead is a subject matter expert who coaches, motivates and guides operational work performed by their peers. Leads are responsible for monitoring and reporting any extraordinary performance or deviations from operational standards.
The primary role of the aircraft deicer is to remove ice from the aircraft. The individual in this position inspects the aircraft for ice and for remaining frozen contamination after the deicing has been performed. He or she sprays the airplane down with the deicing fluid, which is usually made of glycol.
