HEICO Repair Group Aerostructures is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations of our aircraft component maintenance shop in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will lead a skilled team, ensure on-time repair delivery, and maintain compliance with FAA and industry standards.

Formación
- Minimum 5 years in aircraft component maintenance, with 2+ in supervision.
- Strong background in sheet metal and composite repairs.
- Familiar with FAA regulations, 145 repair stations, and EASA standards.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and supervise daily shop operations for workflow and timelines.
- Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Customer Service for timely delivery.
- Oversee technicians performing sheet metal and/or composite repairs.
- Ensure FAA, company policies, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Monitor productivity and quality metrics for improvements.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate shop personnel.
- Provide technical input on complex repairs.
- Prepare and present operational reports to management.
