Job summary

Vertical Mag is seeking an experienced aircraft cabinet assembler in Little Rock, AR. You will work from 2D/3D data and blueprints to build complex cabinet components, ment or junior teammates, and step in for the Team Leader when needed.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost awareness. You will collaborate across engineering and shop teams, ensuring materials are selected, traced, and installed per standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in aircraft cabinetry, carpentry or fabrication.
• Proficient with 2D/3D data and standard shop tools.
• Strong math and geometry skills; metric and imperial.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex aircraft cabinet components following drawings and standards.
• Mentor junior workers and cover Team Leader when needed.
• Propose improvements and maintain traceability of materials.
• Perform quality checks and timely rework to meet schedule.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to safety procedures.
