Job summary

Army National Guard Units is seeking qualified ATC professionals for positions at Camp Ripley, Minnesota. This Open Title 5 Excepted Service role targets individuals with ATC knowledge and the ability to manage aircraft movement with precision and calm under pressure.

Applicants should have or be able to obtain an Air Traffic Control Specialist Certificate and/or a Control Tower Operator Certificate, along with the ability to work rotating shifts as required by airfield operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a military or civilian air traffic facility with knowledge of ATC laws, rules, and procedures.
• Ability to issue control instructions to pilots to assure safe and efficient movement.
• Ability to coordinate actions with pilots and other controllers.
