Job summary

Metro Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Helicopter Air Ambulance Pilot (VFR/PIC) (EC130) in Pomeroy, Ohio for the MedFlight of Ohio program.

The PIC is responsible for all phases of flight duties and will maintain professional communication with supervisors, clients, and staff to uphold safety standards. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus, $5,000 retention bonus, a $20,000 hardship stipend, relocation assistance, and full-time employee benefits including health, dental, vision, life, short-term

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for operation of the assigned aircraft at all times.
• Interact professionally with customers, co-workers, management and the public.
• Maintain a work and training schedule; serve extra shifts as needed.
• Attend company or client meetings as required.
• Comply with GO/OPS Manual, regs and directives applicable.
• Perform Operational Control duties per manual.
• Conduct proper pre-flight inspections and airworthiness checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the aircraft.
