Job summary

Mirage, an AI-native video platform, seeks a Group Product Manager to define the future of AI-powered video creation. You will own major product bets and build a high-performing PM team, reporting to the CEO, with in-person work at our NYC HQ.

Collaborate with Research, Engineering, Design, and GTM to turn evolving model capabilities into reliable user experiences. You will shape product direction, invest in craft, and drive end-to-end product development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or 8+ years in roles that build exceptional product judgement
• Experience mentoring Product Managers
• Deep fluency in generative media and multimodal products
• Hands-on experience with AI and modern models/tools
• Strong cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, and exec stakeholders
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning problems into priorities
• Strong technical and product communication to engage with technical teams
• A point of view on the future of product management in AI

Responsibilities

• Define the future of AI video and set concrete product bets
• Translate frontier capabilities into reliable user experiences
• Build cohesive workflows across the entire creative process
• Develop exceptional product and model taste evaluating quality, controllability, latency and cost
• Stay close to users and the market to identify opportunities
• Own products end to end from prototype to iteration
• Build learning loops with Data Science for product and model improvement
• Shape product go-to-market with Engineering, Growth, Marketing and Support
• Lead and develop a high-performing Product team
