Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to head a team of domain experts in building AI Agent Control systems. You will shape architectures for identity, authentication, telemetry, and tuning environments in large-scale enterprise contexts.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools/code assist (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Proficient in Python, Bash, Typescript and Go/Rust/Java.
• Understanding of AI Native design principles and cryptographic identity/auth.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps and Nvidia NVAIE/AWS/Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design control harness intelligence systems for multiagent systems and tooling.
• Architect agent identity and authentication for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Develop synthesis models for AI open-source models.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking against evals.
• Create comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native design process.
• Research emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure experts to ensure practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging technology as needed.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team of experts in building universal agentic control harnesses.
