Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd seeks a Lead AI Software Architect to steer a team of architects in building universal agentic control harnesses. The role focuses on agent authentication, telemetry, persistence, and policy-driven AI open platforms, with emphasis on scalable, secure design and post-training management.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software engineering and AI, and can drive cross-functional initiatives across security, data, and infrastructure teams while engaging

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in EE/CS/Math.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent systems administration and secrets management.
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools and code assistants.
• Familiarity with cryptographic identity and authentication methods.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern code hosting.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead architectures for universal agentic control harnesses.
• Develop control harness intelligence for multi-agent systems.
• Define agent identity, authentication, and authorization models.
• Create post-training tuning environments and federated setup.
• Benchmark AI models and agent vs human evaluations.
• Collaborate with AI, security, data, and infra experts.
• Support business development and IP filings related to AI.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
• Lead a team of domain experts across AI and software engineering.
