Job summary

Fox is seeking a Staff Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve workflows and unlock creative potential across our brands. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical architectures, and drive scalable implementations using modern languages and cloud platforms.

You will explore AI/ML advances, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product managers to integrate AI into core processes.

Qualifications

Experience translating business needs into AI-driven solutions.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML services, APIs, and automation tools.
Experience deploying AI solutions at scale on cloud environments.
Ability to lead multiple engineering teams and manage stakeholders.
Strong communication of complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications across FOX, focusing on AI-driven technologies.
Guide teams through AI adoption with best practices and onboarding support.
Research and evaluate AI/ML advances to identify efficiency gains and value.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to embed AI into processes.
Track, analyze, and refine AI initiatives to ensure measurable value and alignment with priorities.
Act as a tech lead guiding multiple teams through development projects with business stakeholders.
Translate business conversations into technical collaboration with the engineering team.
