Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, cloud-native environments.
- Hands-on AI engineering with agentic development and prompt engineering.
- Experience building evaluation frameworks and HITL review processes.
Responsibilities
- Establish and refine the agentic harness: GitHub, VS Code, GitHub Copilot, Claude, for AI-assisted development.
- Design and document agent orchestration patterns and MCP tool integrations.
- Increase agentic code check-in rates and track progress with METL framework.
- Serve as internal SME on agentic coding practices and Azure-native environment.
- Design interoperable agentic workflows across Jira, Azure DevOps, and platform APIs.
