Job summary

Bayer (Schweiz) AG seeks an AI Solution Development Lead to design and develop innovative ML models within cross-functional teams, guiding the deployment of scalable AI products aligned with business goals.

You will leverage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) to productionize models, provide operational support, and implement data quality and drift detection, with strong Python/R and ML framework expertise.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in CS/IT/DS/AI or equivalent; Bachelor’s with 8+ years experience.
• Proven AI/ML engineer with deployment experience.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with NLP or computer vision.
• Familiar with Hadoop/Spark and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong data quality and data drift detection knowledge.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
