Humana seeks a senior leader to steer the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, secure, cloud-native AI platforms and production applications. The role focuses on generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent document processing, while mentoring engineers and data scientists and setting engineering standards for reliability, security, and compliance.

The candidate will drive production AI initiatives, ensure robust monitoring, and lead cross-functional teams to deploy cutting-edge AI solutions

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Strong backend development skills and experience with large-scale production platforms, distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and leading technical initiatives through deployment; production AI experience and cloud-platform expertise are preferred.
