Amazon Advertising is seeking a senior AI/ML lead for the SP Bidding team in New York. You will drive AI/ML features that optimize bidding, increase traffic monetization, and boost merchandise sales across Sponsored Products.

You will guide research, collaborate with engineers, design scalable models, and translate customer needs into production-ready systems, shaping the future of AI-enabled advertising on Amazon’s Retail and Marketplace platforms.

Formación

• PhD or Master’s degree plus 4+ years in CS/CE/ML.
• Experience building models for business applications.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, and Python.
• Experience designing experiments and statistical analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI/ML features for Sponsored Products bidding.
• Be the technical leader in AI and ML within the team.
• Perform hands-on data analysis on large datasets.
• Drive end-to-end AI/ML projects from concept to production.
• Collaborate with software engineers to productionize models.
• Run A/B experiments and analyze results.
